| 1. | In this thesis it was proposed to simulate the drawing , trimming , flanging by using error - adjustment method . the initial trimming lines would be adjusted and optimized in the computer by adjusting error . if the shape error between the flanging boundary line and the target is larger than prescribed , the redundant area is subtracted from the initial blank by some amount of volume along the deformation path , and the insufficient volumes are added to the initial blank by the same amount 本文提出,利用基于变形路径的误差修正法( error - adjustment ) ,结合cae技术将对初始修边线的调试过程在计算机中进行模拟(包括拉延、修边、翻边、整形等)计算,通过控制翻边后零件成型边界与实际目标轮廓之间的尺寸误差来优化修边线,如果初始切边、翻边后的轮廓与目标体的边界存在较大偏差,则初始切边轮廓中多余部分单元将沿其变形路径以相同体积量被切除,不足部分则沿其变形路径以相同体积进行补偿。 |
